Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eine 2,5 Jahre alte WARP 1 Smart, die plötzlich und ohne jegliche Änderung an Zuleitung oder EV nicht mehr will.
Es wird der Fehlercode 4 angezeigt, was auf Schütz, Feinsicherung oder Erde hinweist.

- Aus, 10sek und Ein bringt nichts.
- Erdung ist kontrolliert und OK.
- Beide Feinsicherungen entfernt und durchgemessen.
- Schütz schaltet korrekt, wenn man ihn getrennt/manuell ansteuert. Klebt auch nicht.
- Reset/Zurücksetzen/Update bringt nichts.
- Mini Countryman seit jeher und dieser lädt auch korrekt an anderen Stationen.

Hat jemand noch eine Idee?

Da ist ja noch eine uralte Firmware drauf. Aktualisiere am besten erstmal die Firmware (Download hier). Achte darauf, dass du die WARP 1-Version runterlädst.

Die aktuellste Firmware-Version ist etwas gesprächiger und gibt vielleicht einen besseren Hinweis auf das Problem.

Mit der neuen Firmware drauf bitte noch einen Debug-Report runterladen und dann einfach als Dateianhang an deine Nachricht anhängen und nicht als Text reinkopieren.
