Geschrieben October 25, 2026 at 14:3125. Okt 2026 I use evcc + Warp4Pro + ID4 (2025, latest sw).Charging works fine if started directly once connected. It also seems to work find if charging was started, got paused due to energy management and is restarted later.What appears to NOT work is if connected, no charging is done for some minutes and later on charging is initialized through evcc. In this case evcc indicates "Waiting for vehicle". Warp4 states "Ladebereit". But charging does not start. I did a litle bit of testing and I got the feeling disabling "Ladestand vom Fahrzeug per ISO 15118 auslesen" might solve the problem but I like to keep that feature.The ID4 charge LED is off in this case. So: Is this a known problem? Any ideas?
Geschrieben October 25, 2026 at 16:0225. Okt 2026 This is a known problem with VW cars. You have to enable „Welcome charge“ or „Initial charge“ for your vehicle in evcc. That will fix it.
