Red Brick in BrickV nicht erkannt

Ich habe einen Brick-Stack, der über Master-Brick problemlos funktioniert. Als nächstes wollte ich einen Red Brick dazuholen, der aber in BrickV nicht auftaucht, egal ob man ihn im Stack oder alleine anschließt. LEDs leuchten aber und "Red Brick Serial Console" wird erkannt. Habe testweise einen zweiten Red Brick mit der selben SD angeschlossen und dieser wird in BrickV aufgelistet. Kann ich davon ausgehen, dass der Brick einen Defekt hat, oder gibt es noch etwas das ich versuchen könnte?
