Kennt jemand eine Buzzeralternative?

Muss im Moment auch nur einen "Ton/Beep" ausgeben, also keine nicht unbedingt eine Tonfolge/Melodie.

Am besten wäre, er wäre mit 5V betreibbar und noch besser er würde direkt an den IO16 anschließbar sein.
