Air Quality Bricklet funktioniert nicht

Ich habe einen Master Brick 2.1 FW 2.4.1 den Brick Viewer 2.3.16 für Mac, aber bekomme den Quality Air Bricklet nicht ans laufen. Er taucht im Brick Viewer nicht auf. Ich habe noch andere Master Bricks, dort funktioniert er auch nicht. Ich habe alle Ports vom Master ausprobiert.

 

Was kann ich machen?

    Ich habe noch ein neues Bricklet gekauft. Den RGB LED Button. Der wird auch nicht erkannt. Scheint das neu gekaufte Kabel kaputt zu sein. Das ist doof, weil ich so ein neues nur einmal habe.
