Hi

Im planing to create strobe controller with music control, low frequency will trigger one relay and high another one. I will use LiPo 6s 5000mah (22.2v) battery for the led's.

How fast the Dual Relay bricket can swich on/off ?

Hi,

the relays are mechanical, thus the switching speed and life period is limited.

Please see the datasheet in the documentation:

https://github.com/Tinkerforge/dual-relay-bricklet/raw/master/datasheets/T7CS5D-05.pdf

Frequency of operation: 360 ops./h

Maybe a better option would be the Industrial Quad Relay:

http://www.tinkerforge.com/doc/Hardware/Bricklets/Industrial_Quad_Relay.html

It has something like 3ms switching speed and can switch up to 1.2A:
