Controlling a Generic USB Device via Brick/Bricklet

Hello,

 

I was wondering whether anyone has developed a method for communicating with a generic USB device (such as a USB camera or laser rangefinder) via a brick or bricklet. I have found reference to the concept on the forums but not a clear answer as to whether this is planned for a future release or has been already solved.

    Hi Kris,

     

    we have not planned to implement this in the near future.

    I wouldn't say that it is impossible but it is not easy to implement.

    Of course we would be interested in it if anyone starts to implement stuff like this.

    3. Adjust your preference.

    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
