Tee-off Load cell before master block

Dear all,

 

I have been using the Load cell signal conditioner and load cell and it works great!  I work in a nice laboratory and have a high-end DAQ system (ELSYS traNET).  I was wondering if anyone knew the pins (after the load cell signal has been conditioned) I could essentially cut and tee-off to an outside system? 

 

Any help would be great, I am not an expert on the electrical diagram provided, so to me this is quite difficult.
