GPS 2.0 bricklet unable to find satellite fix

I'm having trouble using the GPS 2.0 bricklet as it is unable to obtain a satellite fix. Troubleshooting I've tried so far without success:

- Using v2 and v3 master brick

- Replacing connector cables / USB

- Tested other bricklets which function correctly

- Used the attached antenna, and two separate external antennas.

Any advice on further troubleshooting much appreciated!

    Do you placed the external antenna outside?

    Can you see some values of satellites in Brick-Viewer?

    This turned out be be caused by a faulty adapter wire between the external antenna and the board, all fixed now, thanks for your response!
