I think the current online API documentation is really good, but there's one change that would improve it even further: the inclusion of pictures. Often certain concepts remain opaque or maybe ambiguous when expressed in pure text.. while adding a simple picture could clarify things.

Sure, in the docs for the Distance IR, the following method

could be documented clearer by adding a graph.
