Geschrieben February 16, 2013 at 19:4016. Feb 2013 My stack is powered by a Step-Down Bricklet, and brickv indicates that Stack Voltage is 9.5V and Stack Current is 160mA. School physics taught me that Watts = Volts x Amperes. Although a figure of 9.5V is given for "Stack Voltage", I'm assuming that actually the stack is run on 5V, not 9.5V. So does this mean that my stack only consumes 0.8 Watt? Seems like peanuts.. or is my math & physics way off ? Maybe it would be cool to let Brickv display stack power consumption too...

This voltage is transfered through the stack to power driver bricks. The current measurement is not very accurate below currents of 200mA so there might be a tolerance.

Is the 0.8 Watt figure possible for this configuration? As a software person, I'm not used to dealing with electrical units like this..
